This performance took place in a Taoist temple on the island of Taiwan with chopsticks, Pallas squirrels and wild ex-racing pigeons. Pallas squirrels are a widespread species, found all over the world, which spread parasites towards which other species in other parts of the world are not resistant. In most European towns pigeons have become an overpopulated species and in many places feeding of pigeons and squirrels is prohibited. During my first visit of the Confucius temple I noticed people coming there to feed the squirrels and pigeons. On my second visit of the temple I brought a mixture of nuts, beans and dried fruit and with the help of chopsticks I fed the animals.
